Stress is something we can't overcome it's a feeling we get when pressure, stressful situations occurs in our lives you can't avoid it, you have to overcome it. I can sit and tell you not to stress yet it's easier said then done Right!!well What if I told you it is taking your life. you have to push trough your situations for the better. My children is my center and I'm not always at my best yet I push myself every day for them. a list of thing's that can happen to you if you don't come to terms with stress at the bottom. Stay motivated everyone no one said that life would come with a smooth road to ride on.
